Needle punched fiberglass felt is an excellent new type of high temperature resistant filtration material with reasonable structure, which uses 100% of fiberglass as raw material and is needle punched into felt.
The felt has three dimensional microporous structure with high void rate and less air resistance, which could eliminate up to 99.9% of the dust. Its filtration speed is 100% higher than the filtration materials made by woven fabrics, and suitable for use in the filters using the principal of pulse dedusting.
Fiberlass needled mat suitable for all kinds of FRP ,GRP process,such as filament winding,pipe winding,thank winding,handing lay-up,moulding,pultrusion process,etc.
It's widly used to chemical corrosion resistance pipe,storage tank,cooling tower,FRP water tank,FRP sheet,FRP pultrusion products,buliding material,funiture etc.
It's rendomly and uniformly dispersed and boud together with polyester binder in power or emulsion form.
